Healthy You

Healthy You is a free service for Cambridgeshire & Peterborough residents who are looking to make changes to their lifestyle.

Healthy You can support you to make simple changes and create achievable goals that will improve your health and wellbeing. Healthy You will provide you with the tools, encouragement and motivational support every step of the way.

Services available in East Cambridgeshire include:

• Adult Weight Management
• Mental Health, Health Trainer
• Alcohol Reduction
• Carer Health Trainer
• Falls Prevention
• Stop Smoking Services
• NHS Health Check
• Health Trainer Service

Services are delivered face to face in community venues, and currently Healthy You is operating a flexible service that offers virtual or telephone based appointments too.

Healthy You also works with local authorities to administer Healthy Lifestyles – a service that provides information and support to individuals that want to be more physically active, and to individuals and families that need support with eating healthy and maintaining a balanced diet.
