East Cambridgeshire Training Centre - Adult Education in Soham
Back to ActivitiesEast Cambridgeshire Training Centre offers free functional skills courses in Soham - Maths, English, Digital Skills and ESOL - to those who need them. They also run creative courses, usually one-off sessions, which are more informal and all are welcome to join.
This activity is good for wellbeing because

By going to the East Cambridgeshire Training Centre (ECTC) website, using the link on this page, you can find out more about the organisation's vision and an overview of what they offer. Click directly on the 'Browse Courses' button to see what is currently available to book. They use the Eventbrite booking system, which will send you a confirmation email and specific course details closer to the start date. This is a new venture and, as you'll read, they are keen to respond to what the community of Soham and surrounding villages would like to learn, so do contact them if there's something you're interested in which is currently not on offer.
Courses are free to attend for any adult aged 19 or over in East Cambridgeshire who does not already have a Level 2 in their chosen subject.
Some of the creative courses incur a small cost. Should this be a barrier to attending, please contact them to discuss a subsidised place.
