More information
Fitness Rush was created by Liam Rushmer more than 10 years ago from his parents’ garage when he learned the art of bodybuilding through nutrition and exercise.
The Fitness Rush fully equipped state-of-the-art customised van has been developed over many years and takes to the road so people can access a gym/personal trainer experience wherever they are and in privacy. The van is also heated and air-conditioned to keep you comfortable.
Six sessions with Fitness Rush Mobile for over 65s are free. Booking is essential via this link showing times, dates and locations for weekly sessions.
Fitness Rush Mobile sessions are free courtesy of funding from Cambridgeshire County Council Care Together programme that supports older people to stay healthy, happy and independent at home.
