What to Expect
Infinity Fitness use the outdoor assault course at Soham Fitness Centre for both of the two weekly group sessions and this is where you should meet at the beginning of sessions. James will greet you and lead a warm up followed by a circuit workout using your body weight, HIIT principles and/or multi-functional movements with weights. All workouts are adaptable to suit you at any level of fitness. If you have any questions or concerns do give James a call to discuss prior to your first class.
For personal training sessions, James offer a free initial consultation followed by more in depth communication around your fitness goals. Sessions take place at a location of your choice, including but not limited to Soham Fitness Centre, his own private gym, or your home.
