Women’s Recovery Group

Back to Activities

A safe online place for women to discuss a range of topics, week to week, helping to provide support and strategies to cope with feelings. This group is open to anyone at any stage of recovery.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • it’s good to connect with other people in recovery.
  • it helps to share experiences with other like minded people.
  • it’s an opportunity to make new friends in a supportive and confidential environment.

What to expect?

You’ll be greeted by the facilitators and supported to join that week’s discussion. You won’t be asked to share anything about yourself that you are not comfortable speaking about and can just listen if you prefer.

You do not need to book in order to attend,  however you can contact the service if you wish to speak to someone beforehand to support you to attend.

They ask that all participants keep conversations discussed in these activities confidential.
