Meet Nicola Ostler from BuggyBootcamp Ely.
As well as running BuggyBootcamp, Nicola is also part of Cognitive Sports Therapy. Here she talks about maternal mental health and after discussing what postnatal depression is and sharing her own experiences, suggests ways in which you can find help for yourself or a new mum you might be concerned about. Nicola then guides you through a tabata style workout that you can join in with because exercise always contributes to a feel good factor.
