Reach Community Projects

Back to Support

Reach Community Projects is a charity that tackles poverty in and around Haverhill, recognising that debt, low/no income and homelessness can have a devastating effect on the lives of individuals, families and communities.

Reach Community Projects started life as a debt counselling service, but now tackles poverty, debt and homelessness in a variety of different ways. It’s headquarters is in Haverhill, but it also supports people living in villages on the Suffolk and Cambridgeshire borders. Reach has also recently opened up an outpost in Newmarket and has fortnightly sessions at Linton Library every other Thursday between 3-4.30pm.

The team at Reach have an approach to helping people facing hardship that is flexible, non-judgemental and kind. They are there to listen to your needs and circumstances and help you find a way through your financial worries.

If you aren’t sure if Reach can help you, give the team a call and they will talk things through with you – the hardest step is asking.
