This service is for people aged 18 and above who live in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and are experiencing low to moderate mental health challenges during the perinatal period – by this we mean during pregnancy and up to two years after birth.

This service is for Women aged 18 or over, living in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough and experiencing low to moderate mental health challenges during the perinatal period – during pregnancy and up to two years after birth – You can self-refer or a health professional can refer you.

 

CPSL Mind Perinatal Services offer:

  • Mums Matter is an eight week course that has been designed for Mums who are experiencing mental health challenges in the perinatal period.
  • Connecting Mums is a 6 week course that supports pregnant women and new Mums to stay emotionally healthy on their motherhood journey.
  • Mums Monthly Peer Support Group

Referrals can be made by any professional supporting pregnant women and new mums including Health Visitors, GPs or Midwifes.
