What to expect
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is an evidence-based process that fosters development of social and emotional learning in children and young people. Participation in SEL programmes has been linked to notable improvements in self-awareness, academic performance, and positive conduct both inside and outside the classroom.
THIS stands for True Healthcare Is Selfcare. THIS360's founder Amen Iseghohi's philosophy emphasises that genuine wellbeing starts from within, and by teaching children to care for themselves emotionally and mentally, the foundation for lifelong health and happiness is laid.
The team's approach blends structured learning and research-based support (such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) with engaging activities, creating a safe space for growth and discovery.
THIS360's team mainly works with schools and community groups and the children / young people in their care. When a school or community group contact the team, they will work with you to determine what you and your children's needs and goals are. See their page here to get a general idea about how the process works.
