What to expect
Way Forward is a six-week programme of sessions for women aged over 18 affected by another person’s gambling. It is delivered over Zoom. There are weekly sessions lasting 1.5 hours covering different topics, including: taking care of yourself, guilt and shame, enabling behaviours, setting boundaries, dealing with anger and resentment, and having difficult conversations.
Groups are led by trained facilitators specialising in supporting women who are affected by gambling-related harms. The content has been shaped by women with lived experience.
To find out more or register your interest in joining the group email [email protected]. One of the facilitators will be in touch to explain more about what you can expect from the group and talk you through the joining process.
