Age UK CAP provides opportunities to socialise. This includes friendship and support in the form of regular contact from a fully trained volunteer, either by a visit to your home (Sharing Time) or a telephone call (Telephone Befriending). Both are free of charge.

They also provide Friendship Clubs (delivered by volunteers). First sessions are free, so you can see if you like it.

They offer various types of other support as well.
