Community Car Schemes can help you get to things like medical appointments or hospital visits if you find using public transport difficult and don't have access to your own vehicle. Some schemes can also help you attend social opportunities or get your grocery shopping.

  • Dial-A-Ride Cambridge – Available to residents of Lode, Longmeadow, Bottisham and Quy. Find out more here
  • Connecting Communities (Dial-A-Ride Newmarket) – Serving the villages of Ashley, Bottisham, Brinkley, Burwell, Cheveley, Dullingham, Fordham, Lode, Stetchworth, The Swaffhams, Wood Ditton. Call 01638 664304 or email [email protected]
  • Burwell Car Scheme – Call  01638 742543 to leave a message with your journey details and someone will call you  back
  • Dial-A-Car – Available across the district, call 01354 661234, email [email protected]. This is a members organisation so you will need to register with them ahead of making any bookings. Find out more here.
  • Three Rivers Car Scheme – Available to residents of Chippenham, Fordham, Isleham, Kennett and Snailwell. Call 07549 892322, be prepared to leave a message giving your name and journey requirements, someone will call you back
